John will show you all the skills you need to learn the art of macaron making and you will make these beautiful french delicacies in a range of colours. With a delicious selection of fillings, all hand made by you, we will proceed to make these sweet treats totally indulgent.
All materials and ingredients are included in the price, but you will need to bring something to take your macarons home in.

Following the successful launch of their chocolate factory and Belgian chocolate shop, they opened their own training school to offer chocolate courses and parties to the public. In 2012 they extended their coverage of chocolate courses and now offer chocolate, pastry and patisserie courses and parties for private, educational and corporate clients across the UK.
