The ever popular Theone Chocolate Company return to The d.@rt Centre for their next exciting workshop. In this session you will be making a selection of dessert components which will then be constructed individually into finished small sharing desserts, including pastries, fillings and decorations. Each student will take home at least 3 sharing size desserts.
The finished desserts will be a selection of 3 or 4 from the following list.

Galette de Rois (Almond Pithivier)
Tart Grenobloise
Gateau St Honore
Mille Feuille Tart
Linzer Tart
Cherry & Almond Dacquoise
Trifle Tart
