Supporting MIND charity

There will be an opportunity to support MIND by participating in an open craft workshop. Join Alison as she helps you with some beautiful floral needlework. Stitch up a pretty little floral spray using a pre- printed piece of cloth. All materials can be provided for the afternoon, including a 6 inch embroidery hoop. If you have some of your own embroidery hoops, threads and needles, please bring them along! Simply, sit at the table, join in the mindful activity and donate!

Art and Craft Workshops, 2pm – 4pm

Positive Memory Anchors – illustrated book making workshop with Hazel Pitre, £20 BOOK NOW

In this workshop, you will learn a simple and accessible way to strengthen a positive memory, using illustration and book making techniques to retell it to yourself. Suitable for all abilities of creativity

Mono Printing with Jemima Stanton, £15 BOOK NOW 

Mono print with flowers and leaves then embellish with other media. Spend a mindful, experimental afternoon in the company of artist Linda Lines and learn the basic skills of mono printing.

Drawn to Yoga with Lisa Gardener 5pm – 7pm, £40 BOOK NOW

Explore the relationship between movement, the breath and art. In this two hour session our Yoga mat takes the form of an expansive blank sheet of paper. An experimental activity that captures the magic and uniqueness of our own body map, release your inhibitions and unleash your inner creativity. You don’t need any artistic experience, we encourage you to let go of fears of being ‘artistic’ or ‘creative’ and just explore!
