Notelets
4.30pm – 5.30pm
£2
Notelets is the beginners arm of the Music Fun Factory, suitable for woodwind players up to grade 3. Both children and adults are welcomed to the session, where woodwind instrumental playing is taught in an ensemble group through fun games and challenges. If you have always wanted to learn a woodwind instrument this is the perfect place to start, and it is never too late to pick up a musical instrument for the first time.
Ukulele Jukebox
5.45pm – 6.45pm
£2
Ukulele is an incredibly popular instrument for both beginner and experienced musicians, thanks to its bright sound and simple chords. In these sessions you will be taught chord shapes in a lovely musical context by strumming along to well known tunes. Enjoy a great sense of satisfaction as you are able to join in on more and more parts of the song as your chord repetoire grows!
Note-ables
7pm – 8.30pm
£2
Note-ables is the more advanced arm of the Music Fun Factory, for more experienced musicians looking to join a fun ensemble. Note-ables perform in various concerts and have played in the Berry Theatre.
